Platonic Physical Contact: Go for it. She will be uncomfortable if she doesn't know the person, but hey, when is Yukari allowed to have nice things.

IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: She's still got kind of A Thing about being too close to people. It's not severe, but she might seem like she's still a little emotionally closed off to the idea, because she is. It's possible to overcome with some work, and guys tend to get the short end of her 'you're only doing this to get in my pants' angry stick more often than girls (until she figures out intent, and then everyone gets it equally), but it's possible.
